    如果觉得五花肉比较油腻也可以使用梅花肉。做这款炸肉一定要有油脂会相对好吃许多的。

    Step 1

    把材料A和B加入五花肉搅拌均匀,再加入面粉腌制过夜(或最少腌制3个小时)。Marinate the pork belly overnight with ingredient A & B. (or marinate at least 3 hour)

    Step 2

    取出腌制好的五花肉,裹上一层薄薄的面粉,放入热油中炸至金黄色,即可盛出。Take out the marinated pork belly, coat it with a thin layer of flour and deep fried in hot oil till crispy, done.
